Lifestyle Retreat Facilities

The lifestyle retreat is a first-class facility with accomodation for up to 9 health guests. The recently has been extended and rennovated to include two more offices, a gym and indoor spa-pool area. Guest can be treated in either of the hydrotherapy rooms, or massage treatment rooms. Hydrotherapy equipment includes a sauna cabin, Russian steam bath, specialised hydro table, jets, showers and a hydro bath.

The accomodation, lounge area, dining area and treatment rooms are set in a very home-like, relaxing and yet professional atmosphere. Walking into the lodge one immediately begins to feel a sense of peace and rest.

The first thing you will notice is the receiption and lounge area.
In the corner of the lounge are DVDs, books, and puzzles which guests can use to relax and learn about a good healthy lifestyle.
 

Around the lounge room, are corridors off which are the 6 guest rooms.
These are beautifully colour-themed and decorated with wall hangings and paintings.
 

As you continue through the lifestyle retreat you next come to a large solid polished wood table serving as the dining area,
and then the kitchen which serves three creative and tasty plant-based meals each day.
 

The dining area then opens into the treatment section of the lodge, which comprises of 2 hydrotherapy rooms,
2 massage rooms, 2 offices, laundry areas, the spa-pool and a gymn area.
